How to let go. How to become who I truly am.
Today, I guide others into that same power: the healing that flows through the elements and remembers the way home.
My name is Reka
I’m a certified WaterDance teacher, Watsu® practitioner, yoga instructor, counselor and guide in the world of aquatic healing. But I’m also a soul traveler, a dancer of the unseen, a seeker of truth, beauty and connection.
And here, you can read more about me.

The journey that led me here
My relationship with water began early.
I spent my childhood swimming and performing in synchronized competitions.
Water was my first home, even if I didn't yet know it would become my life path.
I was never a “good student” in the traditional sense. I didn’t speak the language of the mind - I spoke the language of the body.
I loved dance and movement, so I followed that path: studying massage, meditative and cathartic dance, and diving deep into healing through embodiment.
Well, sometimes life led me there sharply, even painfully.
But I followed the calling, travelling across India, South America and Asia to meet the teachers and traditions that resonated with the most flowing part of me.
Vipassana, Yoga, Advaita Vedanta, Reiki. Ritual, silence, community and deep spiritual work. I literally immersed myself in these practices, with all my senses.
And then I found warm water and WaterDance. Or rather, it found me.
In that moment, I felt myself returning to the core of who I am.
It might sound paradoxical, but water grounded me. It became the place where I felt safest, most protected. It showed me how to do good - first for myself, and then for others. It helped me peel off the masks, gently and patiently. It awakened me to a deeper sense of what life is truly about.
Since 2012, this path has become my life.
A living exploration between water and earth, body and soul, technique and presence.

What I Do Today - EssereAqua
Over time, I’ve found a name for what I embody:
EssereAqua.
"To Be Water"
It’s a way of living, sensing and sharing that I carry with me every day, because it’s the expression of everything I’ve walked through: the path, the practice, the purpose.
Today, I create physical and energetic spaces where training becomes experience and experience becomes transformation.
I teach WaterDance (WATA) at the Fundamental level and Level 1.
I guide individuals and groups through immersive retreats, professional trainings and 1:1 healing sessions, where water is the portal and presence is the anchor.
I work as a channel, listening deeply to what each person needs, tuning into the divine source and letting the dance emerge.
I hold space for you to return to your body, to your rhythm, to your truth.
To release tension and weights - physically, emotionally, energetically.
And when you connect not only to water, but to all elements, what truly matters reveals itself.
I’ll be there to support you.

My method? It’s a non-method.
My method? It’s a non-method.
Here’s what I mean: I can describe everything, but you’ll only understand when you feel it.
I told you - I speak the language of the body, not the mind.
I don’t just teach techniques. I share a way of being.
A way of building a new experience of humanity rooted in silence, devotion and deep listening.

Vision & Mission
I believe every human deserves to feel at home in their body, their story and their life.
I believe water is alive. It’s medicine. It carries memory, wisdom and the power to transform.
I believe that spirituality and devotion can bring depth and meaning to our lives.
My mission is to connect with the source of life, and be of service to it - so that its essence can move through me.
Teaching WATA is how I best express, embody and integrate that calling.
It’s a way of sensing, reconnecting and co-creating sacred spaces where healing becomes community, and presence becomes transformation.

Manifesto
Water is a return, not a destination.
Stillness is sacred.
The body is wiser than we think.
Touch is a prayer.
Not all healing needs words.
Flow doesn’t mean losing control.
We don’t need fixing - we need reconnecting.
The elements are medicine.
Presence is the most radical act of love.
Every being carries a source. We can return to it, together and gently.
Who Is This For?
For those who are seeking but no longer know where to look.
For those who’ve never felt at home, even if they don’t know why.
For professionals who sense something is missing in their practice.
For the ones ready to integrate a deeper, more embodied healing method into their work.
For the sensitive, the wild, the quiet and the brave
For the ones who long to co-create a new, awakened community.
For every soul trying to remember who they are.
If this stirs something ancient in you, let it rise!
A final invitation...
The current brought you here. Trust it. Now is the time to listen.
Come experience the power of WaterDance.
Reach out. Join a retreat. Ask anything you need to begin.
Not all calls are loud. Some sound like water.
If your body whispered ‘yes’, then follow it.
